Whether you are looking for a base to explore the beautiful North Norfolk countryside, enjoy the fantastic Sheringham beach or visit the quality shops and restaurants you will not be disappointed with our accommodation which is available all year..

The accommodation covers the two upper floors of a delightful Victorian house and has a large bay window with views over the town and frequent glimpses of the sea.  The flat sleeps up to 5 adults and 1 baby / toddler. It consists of a large double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a smaller single bedroom all on the top floor. The sitting room, kitchen, separate dining room and bathroom are all situated on the floor below.

Each bedroom has a wardrobe or chests of drawers and very well equipped with bed linen, blankets or duvets and pillows. There is room for a cot or folding-bed by agreement. The bedrooms and sitting room have recently been redecorated.

The kitchen has an electric cooker, a microwave, refrigerator/freezer, toaster, electric kettle, radio/cd player etc, and is fully equipped for a family including china, cutlery and utensils.

It leads to a bathroom with bath/shower a washbasin and a WC.  Visitors should bring their own towels, since these are not provided. (We are usually able to provide towels for overseas visitors, but at an extra charge and only by advance agreement).

The separate dining room has a large pine table and four dining chairs.

The flat is pleasantly decorated, with pictures, books, mirrors and ornaments, which vary from time to time. The accommodation will be available from 4pm on the day of arrival and should be vacated by 10am on the day of departure.  It may be possible to arrive earlier by prior arrangement.The flat is located in the centre of town, just a short walk from the rail & bus station, just off the main town shopping area close to restaurants, pubs and social clubs.

  • 50 Station Road is a completely non-smoking flat.
  • Smoke detectors/fire alarms installed throughout.
  • We will consider pets by prior arrangement although additional charges may apply.
  • All male/female parties by prior arrangement only.
  • Main town car park within minutes from the flat. Secure rear parking for motorcycles and bicycles.
